Modern Auto Body, Inc. has been in business since 1971.

We believe our longevity is due to our commitment to quality work, having a friendly staff and our clean, professional facility.

Our auto body repair shop is approximately 13,600 square feet. We have a clean office and a conference room available for production meetings, for training and for customers to meet with auto insurance representatives.

Modern Auto Body, Inc. uses Mitchell’s computerized estimating system for an easy-to-read estimate. We have a dedicated parts room, a Kansas Jack Frame Rack with a laser measuring system for pulling vehicles with damaged frames and a RoTool vacuum system for tools used in sanding vehicles to keep the technicians’ work area clean.

The refinish department features a cross-draft paint booth and a Clean-Shop down-draft prep-station. We use Sikkens paint and Sikkens computerized mixing system. All paint is mixed in-house and is backed by a lifetime warranty, all in an effort to provide you with a quality finish and color match. Modern Auto Body, Inc. provides a lifetime warranty on the workmanship of the auto body repair and the finish of the vehicle.

Modern Auto Body, Inc, believes in more than just running a business, we believe in a commitment to the community. We are involved in Kiwanis International, the Grand Forks Chamber of Commerce, the Grand Forks and North Dakota Auto Body Associations and the Grand Forks Leaders in Business Group. Owner Scott Loscheider has been President of the Sunrisers Kiwanis Club, is current president and past secretary/treasurer and vice president of the Grand Forks Auto Body Association, and has been on the Customer Service Task Force Committee at our local chamber of commerce. Plus, he participated in their 1999 leadership group. At Modern Auto Body, Inc, we believe building a better community is just as important as building a better business.
