We will write an initial estimate on the damage to your vehicle. We will then fax the estimate to the insurance company, plus email photos of the damage upon request.
Modern Auto Body, Inc. has preferred direct auto body repair relationships with a number of insurance companies. You can have your vehicle repaired at our shop even if your insurance company does not have us on their direct auto body repair program. The claim may be handled by the insurance company’s adjuster, who will write an estimate on the damage. We will honor the insurance company’s estimate, but we can deal directly with the company if we find additional damage.
If you have car rental insurance coverage or if the other party is at fault and you are entitled to a rental car, we can help reserve one for you. All we need is the name of the company paying for the damages, their phone number and the claim number.
